Description

Attachment 2 - Statement of Objectives Attachment 1 - Special Contract Requirements Open Line Indicator Solicitation This is an announcement that constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written synopsis will not be issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.202(13). This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number FA5215-17-Q-7007 for Open Line Indicators supporting Headquarters PACAF at JBPH-H, HI in Japan, Korea, Guam and Alaska. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-95, as of 19 January, 2017; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-0127. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside in regards to size standards. The applicable NAICS is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) and the small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. This RFQ contains fourteen (14) CLINS on a firm fixed price basis.
