Description

The United States Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), MD 21005, intends to solicit and award a 2-year (base year + 12-month option year) Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Completion, for labor services, and cost no fee for travel and other direct expenses with a total estimated value of $2,400,000.00. This action is intended as a sole source award directed to Nimbus Virga, Inc. 1237 Bear Hollow Court Forest Hill, MD 21050, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This contract award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) and 10 USC 2304(c)(5), Authorized or Required by Statute. This requirement is for professional services as defined in 29 U.S. Code § 152. The services include Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to CECOM SEC at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
