This Pre-solicitation Notice # VA250-17-Q-0764 is an extension of Pre-solicitation Notice # VA250-17-N-1062 before the upcoming Solicitation. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne and Marion, IN will be soliciting proposals for Dental Lab Prosthetics (supplies and repairs). The Dental Lab Prosthetics are needed for patients in the dental clinics for both Fort Wayne and Marion, IN. Pick-up and drop off delivery shall be scheduled daily or every two days or as needed. Anticipated award date is October 1, 2017 with a period of performance through September 30, 2018 and four one-year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 8/28/2017 with the response date on 9/11/2017. This is an unrestricted procurement for a small business set-aside
