- 0MSFC17C0014 Amendment 8.16.2017 This amendment modifies the synopsis as follows: a) In accordance with the Government's posted response to Q&A Question 20. Synopsis Amendment 8.7.2017 a) Synopsis Section VI: "Submissions" is changed from: converting the SF330 Fillable PDF into a word format to facilitate the addition of formatting/styles (colors, tables, figures, photos, etc.) is not acceptable. For Solicitation Number 80MSFC17C0014 respondents will be required to use the GSA SF330 Fillable PDF form (www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/116486) and are not allow the incorporation of graphics/tables into the forms." to: For Solicitation Number 80MFSC17C0014 the Government requires the SF330 to be submitted as a PDF document which shall maintain all the same formatting conventions as the SF330 form (GSA SF330 fillable PDF form (www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/116486). The addition of formatting styles (colors, tables, figures, photos, etc.) is not acceptable. b) Synopsis Section VI "Submissions" is hereby changed to add: The Government will not accept hand delivery of submissions. Four bound copies of the package are required for hardcopy submissions. c) Synopsis Section II "Preliminary Screening" paragraph c) is changed from: 5 employees with at least 10 years of general environmental compliance experience (specializing in one or more of the following: air compliance, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, wastewater, storm water, NEPA. to: 5 employees with at least 10 years of general environmental compliance experience (specializing in one or more of the following: air compliance, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, wastewater, storm water, NEPA). And from : 1 natural resources specialist; 1 cultural resource specialist; 1 chemist; 1 risk assessor; 1 community relations specialist; and 5 hydro-geologists. to: 1 natural resources specialist; 1 cultural resource specialist; 1 chemist; 1 risk assessor; 1 community relations specialist; and 5 hydro-geologists. For a total of 25 resumes.
