Description

Intent to Sole Source VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN) 6 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Beacon Point Associates, LLC., 21011 Johnson St Ste 109, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029-1914, for CareFusion Alaris infusion pump system consist of 8015 PC Unit, 8100 LVP module, 8120 PCA module, and the 8300 EtCO2 module for seven medical centers in the South-Eastern Region. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available. Contractors with the ability to provide the stated equipment shall provide a capability statement which includes: Business name, point of contract, Duns #, business size status with socio-economic designation (i.e., small, women-owned, large, etc.), proof of certified 3rd party status (if other that manufacturer), a statement of item availability, and past sales history for this equipment or similar. A determination not to complete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. NAICS Code: 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing / 750 Employees. Responses received by 3:00 pm EST on 08/30/2017 will be considered by the Government.
