- INTENT TO LEASE SPACE REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, in Greenville, Texas, is interested in leasing approximately 2,600 rentable square feet office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2,155 ANSI/BOMA of high quality office space, fully serviced with parking for 37 vehicles. Preference will be given to first floor contiguous space. LEASE TERM: 5 years with 5 year option. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within the boundaries of: North - Where Joe Ramsey Blvd N and N Rees St. Intersect. East - N Rees St/Sockwell Blvd, south on Johnson St, east on Lee St, crossing southeast to I-30. South - on I-30, to I-30 to include I-30 frontage road continue Southeast on US business 69 and Joe Ramsey Blvd N, South on Jack Finney Blvd., continue west on W Jack Finney Blvd to U.S. 67 Business/ Wesley St. West - Continue N on Wesley St to intersection of Wesley and Joe Ramsey Blvd E, Continue on to Joe Ramsey Blvd N. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy on or about June 1, 2018. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2.
