Description

The proposed contract action is for commercial items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Honeywell Srl, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers however, offers received before the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) software and hardware upgrade in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
