- Draft, legacy Performance Work Statements to provide general information This is a sources sought only to determine vendor capability of provided all services described in the attached Performance Work Statements (PWSs). The Government is contemplating a consolidated non-personal services contract in support of the Religious Support Office (RSO) located at the USAG - Stuttgart, Germany. The anticipated period of performance is one base year and four (4) 12-month option periods. Attached are two (2) legacy and/or draft PWSs that contain information regarding the services required for the RSO. These draft, unofficial PWS documents will be revised, reviewed, and consolidated prior to solicitation. Scope: Contractor shall provide non-personal instrumentalist and audio/visual maintenance and repair services required to support the activities of the USAG Stuttgart RSO in the performance of its mission. The primary mission of the USAG Stuttgart RSO is to ensure individual free exercise of religion for Department of Defense(DoD) military personnel, family members, and authorized civilians; a statutory requirement under USC Title 10. The USAG Stuttgart RSO accomplishes its mission by providing religious activities which include, but are not limited to, faith group specific worship, sacraments, rites, and ordinances, as well as other spiritual and religious programs integral to faith experience. The Government is requesting those interested in submitting a quote for this requirement to email Olivia Epps at Olivia.f.epps.civ@mail.mil as soon as possible, but no later than 31 August 2017. The interest email is not binding and will not require the vendor to submit a quote once the solicitation is posted. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
