Page 1 of 1 The Network Contracting Office 22 intends to award a sole-source Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to Aldevra, LLC, DUNS #: 830063496 in accordance with VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide the installation of the TempTrak Temperature Monitoring System. This acquisition is being procured under NAICS Code 339999. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the action proposed in this announcement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is not a solicitation.
