VA260-17-Q-0674 Reception Desk, Lamps and Whiteboards for Puget Sound 3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, VA260-17-Q-0674, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for office furniture for the American Lake VA Hospital. The awardee will be the vendor with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This RFQ is 100% set aside for SDVOSBs. The associated NAICS code is 337127 and small business size standard is 500 employees. Please note that this NAICS code, 337127, does have a non-manufacturer waiver in effect. This is a lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) request for quote. We have to coordinate all service lines and will either have to close or move clinics for this. Weekend delivery and installation, might be required. Cord length: 12 Feet Finish: Silver Glassboards: The product must be the Clarus Magnetic Glassboard Float product or equal. The glassboards must be free of Nickel Sulfide so it doesn t spontaneously break. The glassboards must be made of 1/4 low iron PPG Starphire Tempered Safety Writing glass, which eliminates the green tint and not compromise the back paint. The glassboard has to be a Non-staining writing surface, which is compatible with any marker, including permanent. It will never stain or ghost. There has to be eased corners for safety and a smooth and polished edge for an aesthetically pleasing look. The product has to have an Opti-Clear Polish with a magnetic finish. The product must be rated to 6500 pounds downward force. Has to be made with eco-friendly and recyclable materials. The magnetic glassboards have to come in many various sizes, and custom sizes at no additional cost. The product must be able to use rare earth magnets The manufacturer must use an opacifier to seal the paint onto the back of the glass to protect the printing/painting and provide an unmatched weight rating. Mounting has to be the Float (Proprietary concealed hardware), which consists of Zclips, this is important to maintain clean lines. All of the boards must be easy to install into any drywall surface, without having to reinforce the wall, and come with the hardware. The manufacturer has to solely make the glass magnetic marker board from start to finish. The Warranty has to be 10 years. The glassboard has to be made in the USA. The Manufacturer has to have 150 standard color, all of which are the same price. The Manufacturer has to have ColorDrop print technology which is a proprietary printing system that Innovative and stylish accessories, for pen and accessory trays, that are magnetic, this is important for the user to be able to customize their space and look. Date of delivery is 35 days after day of award and will require inspection before acceptance of items.
