Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Full-Service Contract for the Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance, and Repair Services for the Dako Artisan-Link Stainer. This RFI is open to SDVOSB; VOSB: and Small Business Contractors. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. This RFI is to give Contractors the opportunity to state whether they can enter a Service Contract for the Maintenance of the equipment stated herein. This RFI is issued on 08/28/2017 with responses due on 08/31/2017, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFI shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the RFI. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
