- Sole Source NOCA Sole Source J&A The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Sentris Software License and Support for the 53 WG IAW 13.106-1(b) to Solid State Cooling Systems, Inc. 2251 Corporate Park Drive, Herndon, VA 20171. The anticipated award date for this is 11 September 2017. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: ThermoCube for PAO Part Number: 10-400-2G-1-PA-SW The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334513, small business size standard: 750 EMP. This service will be performed for the 53WG Eglin AFB, FL 32542 on a FOB destination basis. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services.
