- The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with L.N. Curtis and Sons for the procurement of the following commodities: CLIN 0001: (QTY 94 Each) 312xxy-Gold G-Extreme Jacket Globe Custom CLIN 0002: (QTY 94 Each) 412xxy-Gold G-Extreme Pants Globe Custom CLIN 0003: (QTY 12 Each) Custom on site sizing CLIN 0004: (QTY 1 Each) Delivery This requirement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to this synopsis by 1 September 2017, 1200 Arizona Local Time to A1C Amy Richardson by e-mail, amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil, Phone (520) 228-5484 or TSgt David Carbullido by email, david.carbullido.33@us.af.mil, Phone 520-228-4183. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
