Description

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO7), Augusta, GA., intends to negotiate a sole source (FFP) contract with SUSTAINMENT TECHNOLOGIES, LLC., 1733 Briarcrest Drive, Suite 101. BRYAN, TX 77802-2738 for providing preventative maintenance of sterilizer, washer/disinfection systems for Charlie Norwood VA Medical, Augusta GA 30904. The term of the contract is one (1) base year with four (4) option years. The effective date of award is September 1, 2017. This contract action is for the preventative maintenance of, sterilizer, washer/disinfection systems for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. A Limited Sources Justification and Approval will be posted. The requirement is under a Federal Supply schedule GS-10F-0135T, NAICS code 811219, size standard of $20.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. If no responses are received by August 29, 2017, the Government will proceed with the sole source acquisition. The Government will not pay for information submitted.
