Description

The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office - Hawaii intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to B-Line Medical., 1300 19th Street NW, Suite 100, Washington, District of Columbia 20036 for the purchase of two (2) SimCapture SDI Enterprise+ (1-5), one (1) Professional Services | Prime Contractor, and one (1) Subcontracted AV. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government and will be posted upon award. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for quote will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
