N00164-17-Q-0178 - IP VIDEO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AND ACCESSORIES - FSC 5810 - NAICS 334290 Solicitation Anticipated Issue Date 29 August 2017 - Solicitation Anticipated Closing Date 14 September 2017- 2:00 PM EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC-CD) Crane Division located in Crane, IN anticipates awarding five-year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts to authorized distributers of Axis Communications products. Anticipated award date is fourth quarter fiscal year 2017. The Government requires IP based high definition surveillance cameras, Ethernet media converters, PoE power devices, range extenders, multiplexers, decoders, and legacy transition hardware (analog to digital converters). The camera replacements specifications require wired security cameras with a minimum of 720p video resolution that operate on 15-60W primary Power over Ethernet (PoE) and must be compatible with both AMAG Symmetry software and Pelco Digital Sentry software. The cameras will be installed in a variety of conditions that may require a wide range of optical zoom capabilities, aspect ratios, mounting options, and dynamic ranges. Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) cameras will be utilized wherever possible. Quantities and model numbers procured under this proposed action will be based on individual project requirements, due to the constant evolution of technology. This is a commercial procurement. The applicable NAICS Classification is 334290 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Delivery is anticipated to be FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination, within 30 days after issuance of order. The proposed contract action will use written solicitation procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 for the anticipated award of this noncompetitive commercial acquisition. The solicitation will not be posted to the FBO website. The solicitation and any amendment (s) will be provided directly to the Contractors via electronic mail. The Contractors must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award.
