Statement of Work Automed Pill Packing Unit Upgrade FBO SOURCES SOUGHT VA242-17-Q-1113 Note: If claiming SDVOSB or VOSB, the firm must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry http://www.vetbiz.gov/; also include VetBiz certification.   Offers from unverified SDVOSBs or VOSBs are considered deficient and will not be evaluated. Vendor must provide software version 6.3 upgrade to existing Automed Fastpack EXP Pill Packing units in both Buffalo and Batavia. Upgrade must include software that is compatible with Windows 7. Upgrade must include new computer hardware to run new software version. Vendor must provide on-site installation of new hardware and software at both the Buffalo and Batavia facilities. Vendor must provide clinical training to staff for newly installed software. All software, hardware, and service must be covered under a full manufacturer s warranty for 1 year from the date of installation. All software and hardware installed as part of this upgrade must be compatible with the existing Fastpack equipment in place at the Buffalo and Batavia VAMC.
