- RFQ M6700117Q1264 RFQ posted 8-29-17 Site visit 5 Sept 2017 9:30 am, RFQ closes 19 Sept 2017 1:00am EDST Synopsis posted 8-25-17 Information Systems Coordinator (ISC), School of Infantry East (SOI-E), Marine Corps Base (MCB), Camp Geiger, North Carolina has a requirement for the upgrade of existing audio visual (A/V) equipment in building G-708 Auditorium aboard Camp Geiger, North Carolina. The objective is for the contractor to remove the existing A/V system, design, furnish, install a new A/V system, and provide a five (5) year warranty. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the quoter that represents the Lowest Price Techncially Acceptable(LPTA) quote. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M6700117Q1264 will be posted on or about 2 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
