- Drawings Solicitation W912P817B0021 This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code: 237990. The solicitation number, W912P817B0020, will issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09 Aug 2017. Actual issue date will be shown when the solicitation is issued and bid date will be opened by an amendment. All qualified business concerns may submit offers. Offers from large business firms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR Clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers FY 17 subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontracting amount to be placed with the following: Small Business 41.50%; Small Disadvantaged Business 23.5%; Woman Owned Small Business 7.5%; HUBZONE Small Business 7.92%; and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 5.18%. The work consists of the satisfactory removal and disposal of shoal material excavated from the designated limits of work within the Atchafalaya River Bay/Bar Channel shown on the contract drawings with disposal at designated adjacent government furnished disposal areas, and all incidentals thereto. In accordance with DFARS 252.236-204, disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The solicitation documents for this procurement will be posted on FedBizOps (www.fbo.gov ).
