Camera listed below. Specific Tasks: This service agreement is for full maintenance and repair services on the equipment listed below. The contractor shall provide unlimited emergency repair and call-back repair services as well as preventative maintenance inspections (PM inspections frequency will be once per year per piece of equipment) to include all parts, labor, travel and all other materials, excluding consumables, including x-ray tubes for the equipment listed below.
