- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH ZedaSoft, Inc. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to ZedaSoft, Inc., P.O. Box 185006, Fort Worth TX 76181, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210. The following will be procured as follows: F-22 Container Based Architecture Entity Binary License update Item Qty Description CLIN 0001 1 F-22 CBA for Simulation Software Entity License for LinuxBinary license and distribution for unclassified F-22 demonstrator software CLIN 0002 1 CBA for Simulation Software Framework V3.4 binary license and distribution for Linux, includes DIS protocol interface and CIGI/MetaVR image generator interface plug-ins. - Framework required for entity runtime. Other entities such as F-16 can use this same framework on the same computer. CLIN 0003 1 Installation and configuration email/phone assistance for first 30 days and 1st year software maintenance release distribution. CLIN 0004 16 hrs Integration support and custom software plug-in for existing PMIC HOTAS,HUD and IG interfaces. CLIN 0005 1 Travel to Edwards AFB for a week of integration as needed for customer support CLIN 0006 40 hrs Customization labor support - Further configuration and custom software development for PMIC specific tasks The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than, 08 Sep 2017, 4:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opened to competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
