Description

Statement of Work-IADS Software Data Display System Maintenance NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to SYMVIONICS, Inc., 488 E Santa Clara St, #201, Arcadia, CA 91006-7229. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, size standard $38,500,000.00. This purchase order will be for IADS Software Data Display System Maintenance in accordance with the attached DRAFT requirements document. The anticipated award date is 20 September 2017. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 14 September 2017 at 12:00 PM CST.
