Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Antonio Texas, is issuing a Notice of Intent: Sole Source to award a firm-fixed contract to Maquet Medical Systems. The requirement consists of a service maintenance agreement that will cover one (1) base year and 4 option years. Contractor shall provide other support services described herein for four (4) each Maquet Medical Systems Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, model number CS300, serial numbers; S806703-K2, SA02815-H4, SA04407-15, and SA04342-15, located at South Texas Health Care Systems; Audie L. Murphy Memorial Veterans Hospital; 7400 Merton Minter Boulevard, San Antonio, Texas 78229-4404. Please see attached: Statement of Work for additional information regarding the requirement.
