- Level of Effort AKT_Performance Evaluation_Final Report IEE_DCN 2017-KOS-086 Budget Template SF_1420-17 Past performance information Solicitation Dear Prospective Offeror: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Regional Contracting Office in Kosovo, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement Local Effective Governance (LEGO) activity in Kosovo, as described in this solicitation. USAID/Kosovo anticipates awarding one cost plus fixed fee term type contract as a result of this solicitation covering an estimated period of five (5) years from the date of contract award. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition, pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) (48 CFR Chapter 1). All types of organizations are eligible to compete; USAID encourages the participation to the maximum extent possible of all small business concerns and local Kosovar organizations. Questions and Proposals must be submitted only electronically via e-mail on or before the due dates stipulated in the cover letter, to Dukagjin Hasani at: dhasani@usaid.gov and Urime Abdyli at: uabdyli@usaid.gov and must conform to all requirements outlined in the solicitation. USAID reserves the right to award the contract subject to availability of funds.
