- Description
- The Department of Interior, National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, is seeking interested sources to provide broadband telecommunications services for up to five years (base plus four option years) to ten structures in the village of Moran located in Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming. Services are to meet the following minimum parameters: Required Maximum Service Speed: 1 gigabit per sec download speeds with variance not to exceed 10%; Service Quality: Contractor will provide testing results of each service connection indicating the upload / download speed; Service may be ordered at varying rates. Service Connection: Contractor shall install any telecommunications infrastructure necessary to achieve the desired service parameters; Service also includes provision of electrical power to the building demarcation points; Demarkation points will be on building exterior. Exact locations to be determined between contractor and NPS in the field prior to installation; All service equipment shall become property of service provider upon completion of installation; Service Connection costs will be paid entirely, regardless of level of final service ordered; Offeror must be able to obtain a valid right of way or other permit conveyance to install equipment in the National Park. The NAICS code for these services is 517110, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The period of performance will be the fall of 2017 through five years.
