This J&A is being posted in compliance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(iii), within 14 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold that is supported by a sole source justification. On August 30, 2017, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a purchase order to NetComm, Inc. Purchase Order No. HHSN272201701102P. This order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), 13.501(a), and FAR 6.302-1 for sole source acquisitions.
