- W56HZV-17-T-L613 - TARDEC Environmental and Technical Support Services RFQ ACC-WRN proposes to solicit, negotiate and award on a sole source bases to either Prospective Technology Incorporated (PTI) of Columbia, Maryland (Cage: 064X2) or Kelly Innovations, Inc. / Doing Business As (DBA): EnviroCross (EnviroCross) of Port Saint Lucie, Florida (Cage: 5UL56). The negotiated contract will be a five year Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort IDIQ. The contract provides Environmental and Technical Support Services to TARDEC. This notice of intent is not a requiest for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Submittals must be received by the point of contact by 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time on 13 September 2017.
