Description
Draft PWS This Performance Work Statement (PWS) identifies requirements of the Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah, for a service contract to perform unscheduled maintenance/repairs, technical support, and training for twenty-three (23) Hydraulic Test Systems (HTS) identified in Appendix B. The HTS is located in building 503 at HAFB and is in support of 309th Maintenance Support Group (MXSG). The contractor shall provide personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and labor needed to perform the required services on the HTS. The Contractor shall maintain the HTS to specifications in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manuals. This effort is considered non-mission critical. The Contractor shall provide and assist government maintenance/engineering personnel in providing on-site maintenance, technical support, engineering and software services, unscheduled repairs, and on-the-job training (OJT) for twenty-three (23) HTS located in building 503. The Contractor shall provide the required services IAW applicable guidance/regulations and/or OEM manuals. The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will notify the contractor by phone/email when HTS support is needed. During normal duty hours, the Contractor shall be available and respond to various locations within building 503 on HAFB within four (4) hours, when notified of operational malfunctions, to provide oversight, guidance, and instruction to 309th Maintenance Support Squadron (MXSS) maintenance/engineering to resolve malfunctions with the test stands. After normal duty hours, the Contractor shall respond by the next business day.
