- Q&A 30-Aug-17 30 August 2017 - Question and Answer added. Please see attachements. The purpose of this modification is to change the RFQ from a word document to a PDF document. If you have already submitted a quote, please resubmit with the PDF document RFQ to ensure integrity of RFQ terms and conditions. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision, testing, applicable licenses and permits necessary to perform removal of carpet and asbestos-containing materials (ACM) / and clean-up contaminated materials and carpet. For a WOSB to be eligible for award, documentation verifying eligibility must be submitted to the WOSB Program Repository at the time of the initial offer. No contract will be awarded until all required documents are received.
