VA250-17-Q-1118 Flexible, Rigid, Endoscope Preventative Maintenance Services Department of Veteran Affairs Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, single award contract for preventive maintenance services, emergency maintenance services, technical telephone support, parts, labor and shipping for all endo, flexible, and rigid scopes, totaling ninety-three (93) scopes. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 31, 2017. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to shasta.britt@va.gov by 2:00 p.m. September 4, 2017. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on September 4, 2017 by email or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS Code is 811219, and Size Standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition as Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside.
