NOTICE This is not a solicitation but rather a request for information to determine potential sources and gather information for planning purposes only. A-10 TECHNICAL ORDER (TO) SUSTAINMENT INDUSTRY DAY NOTIFICATION 13 September 2017 The purpose of this FedBizOpps (FBO) Notice is to announce an upcoming industry day for the A-10 TO Sustainment market research. Industry Day and One-on-One sessions for the A-10 TO Sustainment will be held at Hill AFB, UT on 13 September 2017. The industry day will begin at 0800 hrs. in a location To Be Determined. The purpose of this industry day will be to discuss the objectives/requirements of the subject program, answer questions, and receive industry input. One-on-One sessions will be held after the main briefing and will be scheduled by appointment only starting at 0900. One-on-one sessions will be held in 30 minute intervals. Companies interested in attending Industry Day and/or requesting a one-on-one session with the A-10 Program team are required to send a request to the email addresses below to reserve a spot for Industry Day and receive appointment confirmation for the one-on-one sessions. Request must include the company name, POC information (email and phone number), and the names of representatives to attend the Industry Day and the one-on-one session. Registration information should be received by 7 September 2017 NLT 1300 hrs. Mountain Time. Due to limited space and time constraints, Industry Day attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per company. Due to the 30 minute interval for the one-on-one sessions, please plan on a tabletop briefing format. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Slide Deck will be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) website no later than 6 September 2017. Directions to the base/building locations, and the final Industry Day Agenda will be posted on the FedBizOpps website no later than 7 September 2017. All publicly releasable questions and answers that are addressed at Industry Day and/or the One-on-One Sessions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website.
