- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912JB-17-T-2060 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 0 with a small business size standard of 0.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2017-09-13 13:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Grayling, MI 49739 The National Guard - Michigan requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: Commercial 2 door refrigerator, reach in. Must be self-contained refrigeration. Interior dimensions must be at a minimum 51" Wide, 59" in height, and 28 3/4" Deep. Unit must have 8 shelves; 1 set of 4 per side, and 32 shelf clips. Evaporator unit must not extend more than 5 inchecs from the top of the interior. Refrigerator must have an external temperature display for the interior temperature. Must have full-height stainless steel doors. May have aluminum exterior and interior. Must have a standard depth cabinet. Must meet or exceed the quality of Continental Refrigerator 2RE model number. Must meet NSF standards., 44, EA; LI 002: Commercial 2 door refrigerator, reach in. Must be self-contained refrigeration. Interior dimensions must be at a minimum 51" Wide, 59" in height, and 28 3/4" Deep. Unit must have 8 shelves; 1 set of 4 per side, and 32 shelf clips. Evaporator unit must not extend more than 5 inchecs from the top of the interior. Refrigerator must have an external temperature display for the interior temperature. Must have narrow hinged glass doors. May have aluminum exterior and interior. Must have a standard depth cabinet. Must meet or exceed the quality of Continental Refrigerator 2R-GD model number. Must meet NSF standards., 14, EA; LI 003: Conveyor style toaster, horizontal countertop design. Must meet NSF standards. Must meet or exceed the quality of HATCO TQ-10 model number., 10, EA; LI 004: Heavy duty natural gas range, 36" wide with at a minimum of 3/4" thick polished steel plate natural gas burner griddle top. Must have a convection oven base. Convection oven should have 3 racks per oven. Oven space must be 12" high by 27" deep. Must have adjustable legs. Must meet or exceed standards of Vulcan VGM36C model number. Must meet NSF standards., 2, EA; LI 005: Commercial convection oven, natural gas, double deck with solid state controls with stainless steel frong and stainless steel legs. Interior dimensions must be at a minimum of 22"H by 25" deep per oven compartment. Cooking racks must be at least 28" wide by 20" deep. Should have at least 6 cooking racks. Must have external timer per independent oven, as well as cook/cool fan mode and hi/low fan speed selection. Must meet NSF standards.
