- Presolicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for radiopharmaceuticals for the St Louis VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 915 N Grand Blvd Saint Louis, MO. This acquisition shall be unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 325412. The size standard is 1250 employees. Due to the critical need to have some radiopharmaceuticals in a timely manner, for all NON-PET (SPECT) radiopharmaceuticals, the Vendor must deliver within 1 hour during the day shift and within 2 hours during night shift and weekends to the STL VAMC. For PET/CT radiopharmaceuticals, the Vendor must be able to deliver doses to the STL VAMC by 6:30 AM each day that doses are requested. Also, pertaining to the delivery of the PET/CT radiopharmaceuticals, the Vendor may be required to provide a second daily delivery, after the initial daily delivery, if deemed necessary by the STL VAMC PET Imaging Department staff. If providing technetium, the Vendor must provide the technetium from LEU (low enriched uranium). All other details will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), which will be released on August 30, 2017 with a deadline of September 12, 2017. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Vendor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Vendor may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
