- The procurement type has changed from Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted. All other requirement remain the same. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District intends to solicit for Dry Dock services for the Tug Boat Racine and Crane Barge Manitowoc. The project scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, facilities, and services for repairing the USACE Tug Boat Racine and the Crane Barge Manitowoc. The project is being procured as a small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project 336611, with a small business size of 1,200 employees. The tentative date for posting is: 01 September 2017. The solicitation package will include scope of work and specifications.
