Description

Synopsis for Vista Imaging Tier II Migration Services Vista Imaging Tier II Migration Services The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Contracting Office, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract on a basis of other than full and open competition for the Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Field Systems Management, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). The solicitation number is VA118-17-R-2525. The TAC intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Vapnadomr Solutions, Inc., 132 Lakeshore Dr., Suite 320, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) Imaging Migration Services. Performance shall take place at the Contractor s facility. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), Authorized or Required by Statute, as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-5. For this action, 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program provides the authority to directly contract with a SDVOSB or Veteran-Owned Small Business(VOSB). The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 541512. The period of performance for the FFP acquisition is a 12-month base period, with one 12-month option period. Estimated date of award for this action is September 27, 2017. The contract is intended to facilitate the replication of data from end of life magnetic and optical jukeboxes to new NetApp StorageGrid installations for approximately 12 VA sites. This notification shall close on September 1, 2017 by 4:30 PM EST.
