- Attachment #3 - Exhibit A: DD Form 1423-2 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) with Addendum Attachment #2 - SOW Appendix F Attachment #2 - SOW Appendix A Request for Quote (RFQ) N66604-17-F-3139 This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.105 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for the fabrication, inspection, testing, documentation, and delivery of two (2) Mission Configurable Mast (MCM) Electrical Hull Penetrators (EHP). The required units will penetrate through the submarine's hull and therefore require SUBSAFE/LEVEL-I certification and documentation for each MCM EHP. This effort fabricates, tests, and qualifies the EHP design and supplier as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW), SOW Appendix A, and SOW Appendix F. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a competitive basis using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination, Newport, RI 02841. The required delivery time is nine (9) months after receipt of order. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334417. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The anticipated release date of the RFQ Number N66604-17-Q-3139 is 25 August 2017. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ and will be posted for less than 30 days in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).
