- The item being purchased is a PBX phone system. This phone system should consist of the following: Phone system should be a Cyber security approved and JEDEC Certified system Company should be able to provide documentation for system hardening for cybersecurity Authorization to Operate (ATO) The system needs to be able to be hardened and capable of receiving an ATO from Navy NetWarCom The Vendor should be a NIST approved vendor 100 analog phones with speaker phone, call hold, conference call, caller id, and call log 70 IP phones with speaker phone, call hold, conference call, caller id, and call log 2 conference phones Rack mounted primary server with POTS trunk capability (at least 6 lines) Redundant power supplies required Shipboard installation is required Rack mounted secondary server Redundant power supplies required Shipboard installation is required Rack mounted tertiary server with POTS trunk capability (at least 6 lines) Redundant power supplies required Extended service contract at a minimum of 3 years that covers the following: Technical support, patches, software point releases and feature packs per end user license Three years of eligibility to upgrade the Communication Manager system to the next full release of the software free of charge Three year coverage of next business day parts for the servers and G450 gateways • i. In case of a hardware failure, a new part will be shipped to you NLT the next business day. Servers, phones, and supporting system equipment should be capable of running on 120v AC Voicemail capability: Phone system should be able to support voicemail for each phone Ethernet connectivity between servers Primary, secondary, and tertiary servers should be able to communicate with each other via gigabit Ethernet Company should provide user training for system operation and maintenance. System should be able to connect to our current analog interface through the use of a 50-position connector wired per USOC RJ-21X configuration. Phone system should be capable of integrating with the 1MC on board Navy ship communication system. Users should be able to use the 1MC on board navy ship communication system through the phones themselves by way of dialing a 4 digit or less extension Company should be able to install system, do complete checkout, and provide verification of checkout.
