Description
Combo - Corrected site visit day 6 September 2017. This solicitation was amended 30 August 2017 to change the site visit day from 1 September 2017 to 6 September 2017. • FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) - Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Change Notice 20161222. 3) The standard industrial classification code is S214, NAICS is 238330-Flooring Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $15 million. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 4) Further details are price breakout can be found in Attachment I, Statement of Work and Attachment II, Pricing.
