- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to award a sole source contract to Bio-Medical Devices International, Inc. to provide ninety-two (92) lithium ion batteries and ninety-two (92) lithium ion battery chargers compatible with 78SP Series powered air purifying respirators at the Wichita VAMC. The NAICS code is 335911 with a Classification Code of 6515. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 10:00 a.m. CDT, September 7, 2017 to Richard.Mijokovich@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
