- Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to award a sole source contract, utilizing acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, to The CENTECH Group, Inc. The contract is for the Office of Security & Strategic Information (OSSI). This notice of intent to award is not a request for competitive proposals. The purpose of this notice is merely to obtain capability statements to allow interested firms an opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications for the standards below. The purpose of this contract is to obtain solutions to satisfy the requirements pertaining to personnel and administrative security to perform the implementation, configuration, and training as identified, and provide post-deployment support of the automated personnel security case processing system known as "Security Manager", which is utilized within the Office of Security and Strategic Information (OSSI) and HHS Personnel Security program offices. The solution must be compliant with applicable Federal standards such as the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
