SYNOPSIS Additions to Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing LTC Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation plans to issue a letter solicitation to multiple NSNs to the existing Long-Term Contract (LTC) with Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing under contract number SPE4AX-16-D-9471. Items scheduled for addition and inclusion to the LTC are sole source to Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing (CAGE: 45934). The award was issued using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NSN Details: *Please see attached file for all items to be included in Phase 1, 1a, and 2. Some items included in this list were synopsized in November 2016. This synopsis is being issued for clarity. Alternate offers must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered. Any items found to be competitive after award of the contract or become competitive after award, will be removed from the contract.
