Among the many critical law enforcement services provided by the agency, USMS is responsible for managing and disposing of seized and forfeited assets. The USMS Asset Forfeiture Division plays a critical role in identifying and evaluating assets that represent the proceeds of crime as well as efficiently managing and selling seized and forfeited assets. Such assets include real estate, commercial businesses, cash, financial instruments, vehicles, jewelry, art, antiques, collectibles, vessels and aircraft. The USMS Asset Forfeiture Division has a bonafide need for contractor support to provide real property forfeiture support services specifically related to appraisals and valuations, property management, and title and disposition. This support is required primarily, but not exclusively, in cases where assets are located domestically. The intent of the USMS Asset Forfeiture Division is to award contract(s) for the following real property forfeiture support services: • Appraisal & Valuation Services • Property Management Services • Title & Disposition Services The nationwide contract would be operational in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and all United States (U.S.) Territories. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. Place of Contract Performance: Nationwide services throughout the United States. NAICS: The Primary NAICS code is 531390, Other Activities Related to Real Estate; however the solicitation and ntract will also incorporate the following NACIS codes as well: 531311 Residential Property Managers 531312 Nonresidential Property Managers 531320 Offices of Real Estate Appraisers The anticipated contract period would be for a total of seven (7) years. One (1) year base and six (6) one-year option periods.
