- This special notice will be automatically archived after 1:00 p.m. (PST) on 09/11/2017. This special notice is to inform all responsible sources of an acquisition for architectural photography services. GSA is procuring services of an architectural photographer to document the interiors of (7) completed projects that highlight federal workplace trends under Office of Management and Budget's "Reduce the Footprint" Policy. GSA will be utilizing these photographs for developing case studies to educate clients on best practices in designing efficient workspaces. Workspaces being documented accommodate both independent and collaborative work styles. The vendor is to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to artistically document the interiors of the following projects: 1) GSA Regional Office, 50 United Nations Plaza, San Francisco, CA 2) GSA Field Office, 280 S 1st Street, San Jose, CA 3) GSA LA Service Center, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 4) GSA Field Office, 333 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 5) US Department of Agriculture, 250 Marquette Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 6) GSA Headquarters,1800 F Street, Washington, DC 7) National Labor Relations Board, 1015 Half Street SE, Washington, DC For each photographed location the following services and deliverables are to be provided as follows: 1) Planning Meeting: (1) 2-hour coordination meeting between GSA and photographer to plan logistics, schedule, and review floorplans for each location. 2) Onsite Walk Through: The photographer will need to visit the site at least a day prior to the photoshoot to become familiar with the space. Finalize the angles and locations of the Potential angles and locations to be mapped out. 3) Staging and Photoshoot: Staging and photoshoot is to occur in one day at each location. Timing of the staging and photoshoot must be scheduled and coordinated with the GSA Project Manager and the occupying tenants. 4) Deliverables: Since the listed projects vary in size, the photographer is to provide the minimum specified number of digital professional quality photographs for each photographed location. At a minimum, the photographs should capture the open office space, a typical workstation, collaborative/meeting space, and any special features the space have to offer. The goal is to capture the essence of the workspace & interiors. Project Duration Services and deliverables shall be provided within (6) six months of issuance of notice to proceed. Estimated completion: April 1, 2018. All responsible sources as defined in FAR Part 9.1 may submit an offer which if timely received by 1:00 p.m. (PST) on 9/11/2017 will be considered. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 541922 and size standard is $7.5 million.
