- Amendment 0001 ************* A site visit is schedule for 1PM CST, Thursday 7 September 2017 at Tenkiller Lake Office 446977 East 980 Road Gore, OK 74435 ************** Construction services needed to provide and install septic tank and lift station including excavation for 2" PVC to Existing Lagoon, Spaniard Creek park, Webbers Falls Lake, Tenkiller, Oklahoma. (Muskogee County) The estimated price is under $25,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to excavate and install a fiberglass 48"x 8' round lift station septic tank beside the existing septic tank, 4" above grade. Tank will be bedded with 4" of sand on bottom and sides with sand. Connect the installed lift station to the existing tank with 4" schedule 40 PVC pipe with a 90 degree elbow. The outlet plumbing from the existing tank shall be connected to the new tank pump system, allowing liquids to flow to the new tank. Concrete mortar shall be used around pipe to prevent leakage. Septic tank shall be equipped with floats, alarm and light control panel and a submersible 2 HP grinder pump meeting the minimum or equal specifications of a Myers model VS20-43-20 like pump or equal. The contractor will be required to complete electrical wiring under the manufacture's specification and NEC. Electrical service for the pump is located at the site and shall be bedded in conduit with 4 inches of sand on top and bottom. The ditch will be a minimum of 18" deep from service pole to the pump. Excavate and install approximately 420' of 2" PVC discharge line to an existing lagoon. The discharge line will consist of a PVC ball valve and a clean out within 5ft. of newly installed tank and a clean out installed every 100' with riser extensions, level with existing grade for access. A check valve and a second ball valve shall be required within 15 ft. of the lagoon fence (reference diagram). Ball valves and cleanouts will be protected by approved utility boxes. All ditch lines will be bedded with 4" of sand on top and bottom and ditch will be a minimum of 18" deep including through the lagoon embankment. The pipe will enter the lagoon no lower than 2" above the surface of the existing lagoon water and extend approximately 18" beyond the embankment with location tracer wire. Wire shall terminate 10' on each side. All PVC piping and fittings shall be schedule 40. This acquisition is being competed as 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 237110
