VA248-17-Q-1433 VENDOR QUESTIONS & ANSWERS AMENDMENT A00001 Service: Quality Improvement Survey Compliance The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions relating to the subject requirement: 1. Who is incumbent contractor and contract number? Answer: The incumbent contractor is Sterling Readiness Rounds, LLC under contract #VA248-13-C-0086. 2.   How would you like the one-time implementation/training fee to be displayed? Answer: Any fees other than templates can be displayed separately. 3.    For the "Nursing template", we currently have multiple tools in place that would fall under "Nursing". My assumption is this would be a single broad, clinical quality focused template? Or is this to represent more than one template that Nursing could utilize? I can think of 20+ other templates that could potentially fall into Nursing if we are wanting to improve performance in specific nursing areas. Answer: The intent is to have basic templates that could represent more than one module.
