- This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Service and Product Service Code (PSC) H270 and D318 Synopsis will be as follows.A separate written solicitation M62613-17-T-0032 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 05-Sep, 2017 Japan Standard Time (JST). Required item and description are as follows; ITEM No 0001: Base Cluster Operations Center supplies and services ITEM No 0002: Base Cluster Operations Center trainning and maintenance The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability and Price with acceptable past performance. It is the quoter's responsibility to furnish sufficient information to the Government in order to determine acceptability of the quoted services. Therefore, the quoter shall submit complete technical information pertaining to their offer to certify complying with the Government requirement in order to determine technical acceptability. Quoters are instructed to completely fill out vender information and return them along with your quote. Failure to provide the required information and attachment may result in your quote being considered non-responsive by the Government. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following websites http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M62613-17-T-0032. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers must be received no later than specified JAPAN STANDARD TIME (JST) on the solicitation closing date. Solicitation closing date will be notified upon the issuance of solicitation.
