This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Custome Order 8.875 x 9.50 Buccal Swab Kit/Complete; Kit includes custome printed mailing envelopes, custom full color printed SBS collection card, fabricated foam insert, custom printed outside case carton with handles, consent forms and buccal swabs. - 20,000 KT.; 2. Shipping and Handling (Estimated shipping to Domestic and International Sites) - 1 EA. The NAICS code for this action is 325998. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM).
