- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION: RFQ P17PS02941 Provide, Deliver and Dispense Bulk Fuels to Hot Springs National Park, Hot Springs, Arkansas as described in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and its Attachments. The bulk fuels to be provided under a resultant contract are: Regular Unleaded Gasoline (Conventional 87), E-85 (Flex Fuel), and Ultra Low Sulfur #2 (ULS #2) Dyed Diesel. Based on prior years' purchasing data, the average annual gallonage for each type of fuel was: 5,900 gallons for Regular Unleaded 3,500 gallons for E-85 1,900 gallons for ULS #2 Dyed Diesel The Government offers no guarantees that similar annual quantities will be realized. Quantities ordered may or may not exceed the amounts indicated above. The three tanks into which fuels will be dispensed are each 500-gallon aboveground Convault tanks, and are all located at 631 Whittington Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Documents included with this RFQ are: - Combined Synopsis and Solicitation - Contract Clauses and Provisions - Attachment 1 - Descriptions and Specifications - Attachment 2 - Vendor's Price Schedule - Attachment 3 - Technical and Financial Capability Statement - Attachment 4 - Instructions for Submission of Quotation TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a Supply Requirements contract and is expected to be awarded in mid to late September 2017. There is a potential for awarding up to three contracts from this solicitation, as explained in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The contract(s) shall be for a BASE period of one year from the date of award, with four (4) one-year OPTIONS available. Options are not guaranteed and shall be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this solicitation is 324110. SET ASIDE: This is a Total Small Business set-aside opportunity. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 1,500 employees. NONMANUFACTURER RULE: The nonmanufacturer rule DOES NOT APPLY to this procurement; therefore, quotes submitted by small business nonmanufacturers will be considered. SITE VISIT: There are NO site visits scheduled for this solicitation; however, potential quoters are welcomed and encouraged to visit the location where the fuels are to be delivered.
