Page 1 of 1 This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price delivery order on a sole source basis to Biosense Webster Inc, 33 Technology Dr. Irvine, CA 92618. The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items is FAR PART 8.405-6 and FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901 and is implemented by for restricting competition on this procurement via FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to Biosense Webster catheters for the Minneapolis MN VA Health Care System on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 8 & 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals.
