- Attachment 2_ Pricing Sheet Attachment 1_ Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) HC1028-17-R-0186_ solicitation document The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/ Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is seeking a contractor to provide DISAs Ogden, UT data center with High Density (HD) Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) & Power Distribution Unit (PDU) installations. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) contractors. The applicable NAICS code is 335311 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Offerors shall reference the attached RFP, HC1028-17-R-0186 and the associated attachments and appendixes for additional information. Offerors shall note, in accordance with the RFP, the appendixes are not provided with this posting and must be requested via e-mail notification to the point of contact identified. Questions regarding this RFP shall be addressed, in writing, to kali.r.clement.civ@mail.mil no later than 1400 CST on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. The Government will not guarantee responses to questions received after this date/ time. A site visit will be offered at the place of performance identified in the PWS. The site visit will be held on September 14, 2017 at 1000 Mountain Standard Time (MST) during which contractors may obtain a better understanding of the work required. Offerors are strongly urged to attend this site visit to fully inform themselves about the location and conditions under which the work is to be performed. Please note, a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) Letter is required for all individuals requesting visitor access to the facility. This request must be on file with the DECC Ogden Security Office at least 48 hours PRIOR (COB September 11, 2017) to the actual date of the site visit. Proposals in response to this RFP are due no later than October 10, 2017 at 1400 (CST) and should be submitted electronically via the following email address: kali.r.clement.civ@mail.mil.
